When did yoga become so serious? KONA's lighthearted approach will instantly put you at ease. Not everyone considers themselves "made" for Yoga. Our classes are created to meet your needs, but improve your overall strength and flexibility. We'll help you find your yoga practice.

Margaret offers group and private yoga instruction. No matter your age, experience, or perceived physical strength yoga is available to you. Yoga is offered individually or in conjunction with nutrition counseling.

"Yoga is not a process of denial, but revelation.
Nor is it a process of creation.
Out true, spiritual nature exists.
Our imagination, intelligence, enthusiasm,
and energy, however potent, are not capable of such a creative act: that is the domain of God.
all the we can do is clarify its existence through the practice of yoga;
and then honor it in the living of our lives.
This is what it means to be holy: to be whole.
To live from the wholeness of our human being. This is the state of yoga."
